Order Processing Time:

    • International shipping times vary depending on the destination, but typically take between 5-20 days.

Order Tracking:

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping:

  • We ship internationally to many countries.
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Shipping times for international orders may vary significantly depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Shipping Delays:

  • Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, holidays, and carrier delays, may cause shipping delays.
  • We will do our best to keep you updated on any potential delays.

Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Here are the products we may ship separately:

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund.  Any claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

  • Returns due to incorrect or damaged items: Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. 
  • Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
  • Returns for other reasons: Shipping costs for returns for reasons other than incorrect or damaged items are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition.

Exchanges

While we do not offer direct exchanges, we gladly accept returns if notified within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, you are welcome to place a new order for the desired size or style.
